In a close co-operation with our customers we ´re able to keep production ongoing, and avoid unwanted downtime or complete shut downs in production by utilizing our temporary repairs and leaksealings.
Our non destructive procedure to either applying a standard solution out of a large range of tools, or by designing a specific individual tool, makes it possible for production to carry on without emissions or loss of production between scheduled "turn arounds" and maitenance shut downs.
Designed and calculated according ASME and DIN norms, by our design office using TUV, AIB Vincote and APAVE approved calculation methods.

Seals can be applied to systems up to 240 bar pressure and temperatures from negative 180 °C to + 700 °C.
Among our products are premoulded components and so-called Colmex clamps.
We also use carbonwrapping. This is used in place of material thinning, erosion or corrosion, se pictures below.
With carbonwrapping Scanseal partner with Carbontech-composites
in Sweden and Norway.
